Current medical platforms redirect users to the provider's website to book appointments. When people are in need of medical assistance, they have to use different platforms to search for doctors or medical services.

Design an app that allows users to search for and book doctor's appointments without having to leave the platform.

I conducted user interviews to see what opinions users had about the existing doctor/medical service platforms. I asked what features they liked and what they thought should be added or changed.

Once the user flow was established, I began sketching ideas for the mobile version. I shared the link to the interactive prototype with the users and asked them to perform three tasks to test the usability of the design.

INSIGHTS
The feedback that I received from the low fidelity prototype was that the pages were missing a back button. Once this feedback was received, the plan of action was to make sure back buttons were added.
